Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, a TUI owned specialist, is seeking a Port Delivery Agent in Barcelona to be the main contact for embarkation and debarkation operations. You will oversee pier operations, coordinate bus transfers, and lead staff during turnaround operations to ensure high guest satisfaction.
You'll work with shipboard personnel, prepare operational documents, and support HR in recruiting and training pier staff.
