Intracon Marketing Solutions is a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative marketing and sales solutions for large corporations in the technology sector. We are looking for a junior profile who splits their time roughly half and half between B2B content (mostly in English) and hands-on support to marketing projects, learning our methodology from day one. Someone who writes well in English and Spanish and, above all, wants to understand why they write what they write.

We want someone who enters projects from the start and asks the right questions (target, objective, positioning) instead of waiting for a closed brief. If you are curious about the client's business and want to grow close to strategy, marketing and design, this is your place.

What you will do

Reporting to the Marketing area, your time will split roughly 50/50 between content and marketing projects:

- Write B2B copy and content, mostly in English (with some Spanish): LinkedIn posts, email sequences, campaign materials and success stories.
- Join projects from the beginning and ask the questions needed to get the context: target, objective, positioning.
- Support marketing projects hands-on: research, editing, content coordination and campaign execution.
- Use AI as an everyday tool in your workflow, not as an extra.

Profile

- 1 to 3 years in copywriting, content or marketing (agency or B2B tech is a plus).
- Excellent writing in English (native or near-native level is a big plus) and strong Spanish.




- Interest in how marketing projects happen, not just in writing.
- Curiosity about the client's business: you want to understand the need behind each piece.
- Proactivity, drive to grow and real teamwork.

What we value: that you understand where the need comes from and what each text is for, with curiosity and a desire to truly learn the craft. That matters to us more than the clever line.

This role is probably not for you if

- You write very well but are not interested in the strategy behind the message.
- You only want to write; half of this role is helping marketing projects happen.
- You are looking for a purely creative or editorial role, without a B2B business focus.
