We are looking for a Graduate Product Manager for a group of brands, including Springfield, Agua Brava, V&L; and other lifestyle fragrances, within the lifestyle HQ department of Puig.

Location: Barcelona. Contract: 1 year.

Responsibilities

- Participate in ideating concepts for new launches/animations – mood boards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design, etc.
- Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.
- Lead the promotional calendar and its product development projects.
- Guarantee deadlines and project planning.
- Coordinate with the different internal departments (CNP, OT, PURCHASE…) for the perfect execution of projects.
- Support teams during all steps of innovation development and coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee a successful launch with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, activation).




- Create marketing presentations for business meetings.
- Analyze and follow up on stocks, delisting, prices and costs, together with other operational tasks.

Qualifications

- First experience in a similar position (Intern/Apprentice included).
- University degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Design.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Special sensibility and aesthetical taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills.
- Languages: Spanish & English mandatory.
