ph3Description /h3 pClinical Education Associate Director EMEA, Labs is responsible for defining, leading, and executing a customized, lab‑centric clinical education strategy across EMEA. This role enables General Practitioners (GPs) to successfully adopt and integrate digital restorative and orthodontic workflows—iTero, Exocad, Invisalign ART—through close collaboration, support and education of dental laboratories and the commercial lab channel. /p h3Department /h3 pClinical /p h3Location /h3 pEMEA‑Spain Field based /p h3Role expectations /h3 ul liClinical Education Strategy – Labs /li liDefine and own the EMEA clinical education strategy for Dental Laboratories, aligned to regional commercial priorities and integral clinical direction. /li liTranslate lab channel strategy into clear clinical education objectives, frameworks, and execution plans. /li liDesign education models that support GP adoption via labs, including onboarding, workflow mastery, and advanced clinical use cases. /li liEnsure strong alignment with EMEA ClinEd peers, Commercial, Marketing, Country Leadership /li liCustomized Lab‑Centric Education /li liDevelop and deliver customized education pathways for Labs addressing restorative, orthodontic, and digital workflows. /li liCreate modular education programs across live events, in‑lab education, workshops, digital learning, and blended formats. /li liEnsure education content is clinically relevant, commercially aligned, and scalable across EMEA. /li liAdapt global curricula to local market needs while maintaining clinical quality and consistency. /li liExecution Field Leadership /li liMaintain hands‑on involvement in key strategic programs, flagship events, and priority lab partnerships. /li liSupport country clinical teams in executing lab‑focused education plans,
including train‑the‑trainer models. /li liAct as a visible clinical leader and subject‑matter expert for labs, distributors, and internal stakeholders. /li liEnsure education excellence in high‑impact initiatives tied to scanner placement, workflow adoption, and GP conversion. /li liKOL Faculty Development – Labs /li liBuild, develop, and manage a strong EMEA Lab Restorative KOL network, including technicians and GP‑lab collaborators. /li liIdentify and develop faculty capable of delivering advanced digital dentistry and lab‑enabled workflows. /li liPartner with Commercial and Marketing to integrate KOLs into education, events, and strategic programs. /li liEnsure governance, compliance, and quality standards across all faculty engagements. /li liCross‑Functional Commercial Enablement /li liAct as the clinical education interface to the Lab 3rd‑Party Channel leadership team. /li liCollaborate with Commercial teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives, launches, and channel programs with appropriate clinical education. /li liProvide clinical input into partner playbooks, value propositions, and workflow positioning. /li liSupport distributor and lab onboarding with structured, clinically robust education pathways. /li liMeasurement, Governance Continuous Improvement /li liDefine and track education KPIs (attendance, satisfaction, adoption impact, workflow utilization).
/li liContinuously refine programs based on performance data, field feedback, and commercial outcomes. /li liEnsure compliance with regional regulations, clinical standards, and internal governance requirements. /li liShare best practices and insights with Global Clinical Education and regional stakeholders. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience in clinical education leadership within dental, med‑tech, or digital healthcare environments. 12+ years of directly related experience /li liStrong background in digital dentistry workflows (CAD/CAM, intraoral scanning, restorative and/or orthodontics). /li liDemonstrated ability to lead matrixed, multi‑country teams while remaining execution‑oriented. /li liExperience working closely with commercial and channel leadership. /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills. /li liDegree in Dentistry or Dental Technology /li liAdvanced education, certifications, or MBA preferred. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3WORK SCHEDULE /h3 ul liField‑based role with significant travel across EMEA - 75% /li liRegular engagement with labs, GPs, commercial teams, and regional leadership. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
