This is an on-site position. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliAnalyze learning needs to be able to effectively determine learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the target market /liliAuthor high-level design proposals, content outlines and job aids, to ensure fit for purpose learning needs to determine effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the target /liliDevelop storyboards with detailed instructions for the development team using various authoring tools (mainly Articulate Storyline, Rise and ADAPT) /liliPromote collaboration, partnership and relationships among the participants and stakeholders (including clients) in a learning design project /liliOversee project consistency during learning solution analysis, design, and development /liliApply advanced adult learning theories into practical,



application-based learning strategy /liliCommunicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form to deliver engaging presentations to business leaders /liliDesign learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply /liliSupport team of freelance instructional designers (both English and French speakers) /li /ulpbRequired Skills, Knowledge and Experience: /b /pulliKnowledge of adult learning principles and notions of visual design principles /liliExperience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment /liliExperience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred /liliProficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 and ADAPT) desired /liliOrganization (ability to deliver projects on time, ability to estimate efforts for upcoming projects, appreciated experience with productivity tools) /liliCapable and comfortable working independently and with a team /liliExcellent (C1 CEFR level) communication skills in both English and French /liliInquisitive personality driven by curiosity and the desire to learn and share knowledge /liliPortfolio of work /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pulliBS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or equivalent work experience. /li /ulpThis is a position for an experienced Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer who can develop learning products in both English and French and communicate effectively with clients from some of the top corporate brand names in France. /ppTransPerfect is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
