Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager your mission will be to to ensure a smooth production process with respect to quality, quantity, costs, delivery deadlines and safety. He is leading at least one of the production teams, interacts with other departments that are involved in the production process and participates in the implementation of preventive and corrective actions. The position is crucial for the plant operations and the major link between the Production Manager and the direct workforce. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading and managing a group of Team/Shift Leaders. /li liUnderstanding what motivates people to perform at their best. /li liListening to people and giving open feedback in an open and positive way to generate commitment and facilitate people development. /li liRecognizes hard work and dedication to excellence, finding opportunities to build community and celebrate success. /li liCascading of the information relating the Company and the Operations to the Team Leaders, takes care about the cascading to the People. /li liRaw material ordering. /li liMonitoring accuracy of raw material in production. /li liEHS focused:



always having the safety of the employees in mind and foreseeing consequences for the environment; monitoring EHS in production area ensuring plans are in place on EHS and these are executed in the teams. /li liScheduling work for operators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis- Monthly reporting (scrap, lead variance). /li liMonitoring 5S and continuous improvement tools in production area and applying the problem solving techniques as needed to manage issues. /li liMonitoring and reporting of KPIs. /li liInteraction with maintenance department. /li liManaging the production area and any related projects to ensure efficiency. /li liClearly conveys objectives, deadlines and expectations. /li liEnsure that principles of CIP point are being applied on the shop floor (quick reaction, stop at issues, 3 reals…). /li liParticipate and assess some CIP meetings led by the team leader and coach them. /li liParticipate in the control room meetings to report his area performance (scrap, labor efficiency, parts produced) and escalates issues that require specific support. /li liSuggestion of improvement and investment in production area, seeks opportunities to streamline and improve the operations. /li liParticipation in physical inventories. /li liTo ensure the highest quality of the products delivered with the aim to continue to increase customer satisfaction. /li liStop the production process if needed regarding the respect of the health and safety of people, in order to prevent problems with the standards compliance and/or if the product quality is compromised. /li liDefinition of training and development plans of team members. /li /ul h3What we ask for /h3 ul liTechnical or advanced engineering degree. /li liFive years or more experience in senior roles within a production plant; experience in theautomotive sector and/or assembly line production is an advantage.



/li liHaving participated actively in lean management and Six Sigma projects. /li liSharing proactively ideas of best practices in continuous improvement. /li liIdeally have worked within an environment where CI tools have been applied or other business tools such as Six Sigma, Lean techniques. /li liTeam management: proven track record of managing direct/indirect labors.
