ph3bProduct Support Specialist - Andalucia (Spain) /b /h3 pbThe Job's Mission /b The Stryker Product Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures (including robotic surgery with Mako). This role will focus on servicing and supporting our clinical customers to strive for best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence. /p pbAdditional responsibilities /b include working with the local sales team to coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support, ensuring Stryker delivers exceptional levels of service to our broad range of customers. /p pbLearn more about the Mako robot: /b /p pbLearn more about the Joint Replacement implants: /b /p h3bKey Activities Accountabilities /b /h3 ul liServicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment. /li liProviding support for MAKO robotic procedures, and manual joint replacement surgeries. /li liProviding theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products. /li liWorking closely with team members within the defined region, and the Regional Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class. /li liAuditing theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory and ensuring good asset management practice. /li liUnderstanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to always offer customers the best possible solution. /li liConducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required. /li liImplementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group. /li liCommunicating essential features and benefits of products and their clinical application.

Treating customers and other employees with respect and representing Stryker in the best possible light. /li liBehaving with integrity and delivering on commitments within required timescales. /li liObserving customer needs and liaising with sales colleagues to follow up on and introduce new or additional Stryker products and/or support. /li liMaintaining a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. /li liDeveloping an understanding of the local healthcare environment and regional strategy. /li liAdditional responsibilities as directed by RSM (Regional Sales Manager). /li /ul h3bWhat You Need /b /h3 pbMinimum Qualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree within the field of biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) /li liFrom 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry /li liFluency in Spanish and English is required (C1 level) /li liValid EU driver’s license /li /ul pbPreferred: /b /p ul liExperience in operating room is highly preferred /li liPrevious experience as Product specialist, Clinical specialist, Nurse, or Biomedical engineer in the healthcare industry /li liMaster’s degree within the field of biomedical engineering, medical technology, and health sciences /li liExperience with clinical training and education programs /li liDemonstrated knowledge of business administrative and clerical procedures and systems (e.g., word processing, file management and record maintenance)
