ppJoin our growing international finance team in a newly created position where you will shape and develop the Group's Compliance Reporting function. /ppReporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in strengthening financial governance across our international operations (4 sites including Spain) while working alongside a highly experienced finance team. During your first year, you will receive structured mentoring and progressively assume ownership of strategic projects. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to accelerate their career towards a Senior Finance position. /ph3What wou will do /h3pGroup Financial Reporting /ppCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries. /ppSupport the annual group consolidation process and quarterly Board reporting. /ppEnsure timely completion of statutory filing obligations across jurisdictions. /ppGroup tax compliance /ppCoordinate recurring tax compliance across the Group (corporate tax, VAT, personal income tax, information returns). /ppSupport the annual tax close process and Transfer Pricing documentation /pulliApply BOICAC/ICAC guidelines and response to tax audit /liliCoordinate RD tax deduction benefits (Art. 35 LIS) and substantiated reports /li /ulpCoordinate budgeting, monitoring and grant justification for publicly funded RD projects. /ppLiaise with CDTI, MICIU, AEAT and external auditors /ppSupport applications for national and European funding programmes (CDTI, Horizon Europe, PERTE, CIEN, NEOTEC). /ppCAPEX,

/ppOpportunity to build and shape a newly created finance function. /ppCollaborative, international and innovation-driven working environment. /ph3Requirements /h3bWhat We're Looking For /bEducationpDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline. /ppMaster's degree in Auditing, Tax, Finance or Compliance is advantageous. /ppACCA, ROAC (in progress), CIA or similar professional qualification is a plus. /pExperiencep3–5 years' experience in external audit (Big Four or mid-tier) and/or corporate accounting. /ppExperience preparing statutory financial statements. /ppExperience supporting external audits. /ppKnowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. /ppExperience in multinational environments is highly desirable. /ppExposure to Transfer Pricing or RD grants would be an advantage but is not essential—we are happy to support learning in these areas. /pLanguagespFluent Spanish. /ppProfessional English (C1 or above). /ppGerman or Italian would be an advantage but are not required. /pWhat Makes You SuccessfulpStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /ppExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. /ppHigh level of attention to detail. /ppAbility to communicate confidently with auditors, advisors and public authorities. /ppComfortable working in an evolving international environment. /ppThis position requires availability to travel to our sites /ppSector: Pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
