We are a medium-sized, friendly, and professional team that works closely together to make our loft a rewarding and enjoyable place to work. /ppWe're looking for a practical-minded and motivated individual who has a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture. /ph3Primary Purpose /h3pTo carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging sail making and composite applications. /ph3Essential Duties And Responsibilities /h3ulliYour role will be to composite part manufacture in wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods. /liliYou must be well versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials. /liliYou will be required to work on different refit projects, at the same time, new part manufacture, research, and development projects for rigging, sail making,



and composite applications. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications Required /h3ulliEffective multi-tasking abilities. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /liliGood hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail. /li /ulh3Experience In Pre Preg – Not Essential But Interesting. /h3ulliNo allergies to resins or Fibres. /liliProof of legal right to work in Spain. /liliDriving license. /liliFlexible schedule.
