In this role, you will be the key driver in identifying and attracting top talent to support our hyper-growth phase. Your focus will be to partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, co-create job descriptions, build healthy pipelines of high-quality candidates, meet hiring timelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. /p h3Your tasks and responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage end-to-end recruiting including CV review, initial phone screens, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. /li liProactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, university networks, and alternative search techniques to identify passive talent and meet hiring deadlines. /li liAct as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers,



help them define their needs, manage their expectations, and support decision-making to ensure high-quality, long-term hires. /li liMaintain a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (JazzHR). /li liLeverage recruitment data and analytics to support business cases, identify bottlenecks, and pursue creative solutions to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. /li liEnsure every candidate has a smooth and professional experience, regardless of the outcome. /li liCreate and scale efficient workflows between candidates and hiring managers to ensure results. /li liRepresent Smadex by attending networking events, university fairs, and e-meetups to spread the word about our culture. /li liWork closely with the broader HR Office team to support our overall recruitment goals and employer brand. /li /ul h3What are we looking for: /h3 ul li2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced start-up or hyper-growth tech company. /li liExperience in Tech recruitment is highly a plus. /li liProven experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialist/niche searches. /li liStrong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques. /li liExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
