Qualifications

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.

CRM Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platforms

You will act as a trusted advisor between Avanade clients, internal delivery teams, and the broader Avanade BizApps community, applying best practices, governance, and design standards aligned with Microsoft and Avanade methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate go‑live and testing activities as the primary point of contact for end users.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including requirements and process flows.
- Triage and manage bugs and respond to user queries.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and propose practical solutions.
- Work with external teams to define and support integration specifications.
- Support data migration by translating business requirements into functional mapping logic and validating data integrity between systems.

Power BI Developer – Data & AI Practice

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision‑making.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting solutions.
- Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain data security and access controls within Power BI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards.
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for ongoing team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and data visualization trends.
- Support presales activities including creating proposals, responding to RFPs, estimating effort and pricing, and scoping and sizing solutions.

Sales Lead – Resources Industry

Responsibilities

- Define the growth strategy for the Energy & Utilities industry.
- Prioritize key accounts, target markets, and strategic offerings.
- Structure growth plans aligned with client challenges and Microsoft priorities.
- Lead the commercial territory (accounts, coverage, segmentation).
- Oversee and secure a robust, qualified pipeline.
- Accelerate strategic multi‑offering opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships at Executive Committee and C‑level.




- Position Avanade as a strategic transformation partner.
- Lead high‑value co‑innovation and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, account managers, and bid teams.
- Establish a culture of performance, accountability, and commercial excellence.
- Lead win rooms, deal qualification, and strategic decision‑making.
- Align Sales, Offering, Delivery, and Alliance teams.
- Strengthen joint pursuits with Microsoft and Accenture.
- Actively contribute to Avanade’s positioning within the Energy & Utilities market.
- Participate in industry events, publications, and market initiatives.
- Develop industry lobbying and influence activities.
- Anticipate industry trends (AI, digital engineering, energy transition, asset management, customer experience, etc.).
- Continuously adapt commercial approaches and value propositions.
- Identify new growth levers and business models (value‑based, AI‑led, etc.).
