In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train. /p pYou will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer. /p h3Your Challenges /h3 ul liGuide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data Analytics squad of 10 people. /li liEnsure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.



/li liProtect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress. /li liCollaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog. /li liMonitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMin. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles. /li liTechnical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance. /li liHands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics. /li liBackground or strong functional knowledge within Data Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments. /li liAdvanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable. /li /ul h3WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE? /h3 ul liVacation days plus additional days-off along the year (Apróx. 35 days per year in total). /li liAttractive salary. /li liHybrid model of working: we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
