ph3Job Description /h3 pManage risk and opportunities relevant to the accountable Manager’s business, covering the whole context including operations and executed processes. /p h3Duties of a Risk and Opportunity Manager /h3 ul liAct in the spirit of the Airbus Group Policy CDS-009 'Enterprise Risk Management' and perform the following activities: /li liul liEstablish the context and prepare the ROM plan. /li liSchedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure 1). /li liClarify accountabilities (especially: R/O owner, R/O response action owner). /li liPromote an anticipation and ROM-oriented mind-set. /li liClose follow-up of successful execution of risk treatment actions. /li /ul /li liProvide assurance / advise to management regarding the achievement of: /li liul liReliability of financial reporting. /li liAirbus Group/Div. capabilities to identify, assess, respond to, take control actions and monitor risks opportunities on a timely basis throughout the Group, consistent with Airbus Group /Div objectives. /li liERM system design and operational effectiveness. /li liTransparency and quality of risk opportunity monitoring and reporting. /li liEnsures compliance with risk opportunity rules, regulations and procedures.
