Job Responsibilities- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.- Research industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.- Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.- Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.- Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.Required Qualifications- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices,
