In this role you will lead Magnera’s European innovation platform across spunlace, airlaid, through‑air, and spunmelt. You will shape the innovation agenda, accelerate product development, and ensure scalable execution across multiple nonwoven platforms. You will translate technical capability into market-ready value and partner with commercial, operations, and marketing to drive adoption. Your leadership will build high-performing teams and foster a culture of speed and continuous improvement. You’ll operate in a integral context to align Ru0026amp;D with business strategy and customer needs, delivering measurable impact.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree xqbhyrx in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of nonwoven product or process development across multiple technologies
• Proven leadership in innovation, product development, or technology management
• Ability to connect technical development with commercial outcomes
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence
• Structured, decisive, and effective in a fast-paced, global environment
