In this role, you will be responsible for keeping culinary standards high and ensuring a great dining experience for all hotel guests. Your core responsibilities include:
- Preparing, restocking, and presenting the gastronomic buffet selection with attention to quality and visual presentation.
- Ensuring that guest satisfaction remains at the highest level throughout all meal service times.
- Maintaining complete order, hygiene, and cleanliness across all assigned kitchen workspaces.
- Receiving food shipments and goods, carefully reviewing delivery notes, verifying incoming product quality, and managing stock storage correctly.
To qualify for this position, you should fulfill basic educational standards while bringing genuine enthusiasm for kitchen work. The requirements include:
- A minimum education level of a primary education certificate (certificat d'estudis primaris).
- Practical experience in a kitchen setting is highly valued and will be taken into special consideration.
- Knowledge of English is strongly valued to aid communication in a hotel environment.

This job opening offers clear, standardized working conditions in accordance with collective labor agreements:
- A full-time permanent contract (contrato fijo) with 2 open positions.
- An annual gross salary of €27,632.06, which includes extra pay installments according to agreement standards.
- A full-time schedule structured from Monday to Sunday with two dedicated days off every week.
- Variable rotating shifts according to planning. Shifts alternate between continuous working hours (such as 07:30 to 15:30) and split shifts (such as 07:30 to 12:30 / 18:00 to 21:00).
- A workplace situated directly in Port d'Alcúdia, Mallorca.
