As Senior Product Designer in our Design System team, you shape a scalable, coherent product experience across OLX's Real Estate products and brands. You’ll evolve reusable components, define behavior with engineers, and drive a contribution model that keeps systems coherent while enabling rapid team delivery. You’ll work in a cross-tribe environment, applying AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, quality and consistency. This role offers impact at scale within an AI-native transformation and a culture built on collaboration and outcomes.

• Design and evolve reusable components, patterns, and foundations to ensure cross-tribe consistency
• Specify component behavior, states and variants in collaboration with engineering
• Run and improve the contribution model to enable external designers to ship components without breaking coherence
• Support design work from problem framing to documentation and handover using feedback from teams
• Create clear documentation and usage guidance for components, variants,



and edge cases
• Collaborate with engineers on token strategy and the link between Figma and production code
• Resolve conflicts between local tribe needs and long-term system coherence
• Identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products
• Apply AI-assisted tooling throughout workflow and contribute to AI-ready design system structures

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale
• Experience contributing to or leading a contribution xqbhyrx model
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineers as a peer
• Sharp judgment on trade-offs between consistency and exceptions
• Strong communication to justify design decisions and align stakeholders
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools and applying them to design processes
• Portfolio showing shipped impact and system thinking
• Experience with Figma, component libraries, variables and tokens
• Experience collaborating with engineers to deliver scalable outcomes
