We want someone who loves people and cycling, and who can keep customers happy by ensuring their bikes are serviced quickly and correctly. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliReception of bikes – 40% of the role: sell services and accessories, ensure customers enjoy their bikes, and reach service‑technical targets. /liliRepair in less than 24 hours – 30%: plan and keep the mechanic team productive, maintain the 24 hour service promise, handle overtime or add part‑time mechanic during peak season.



/liliTraining – 15%: ensure the team is up to date with the latest technologies, supervise completion of Trek University courses, and continuously improve technical knowledge. /liliWorkshop maintenance – 5%: keep the shop clean and professional, update the service menu, keep descriptions and pricing accurate, and maintain store management software. /liliProduct incident research and reporting – 5%: report any product incidents to Trek Bicycle as soon as possible and provide feedback when asked. /liliOther tasks – as requested by the manager. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3p• Permanent contract, full time – split schedule.br• Employee discount on bikes and accessories.br• Monetary compensation for commuting by bicycle.br• Life insurance. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
