Responsibilities- Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and other online channels.- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in building talent pipelines and identifying candidates for current and future hiring needs.- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Opera's presence in the talent market.- Conduct talent market research and provide insights that support sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment process administration.Requirements- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding.- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
