In this role you help shape Glovo’s global talent by driving end-to-end recruitment across diverse regions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate and manager experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build scalable TA programs and use data to continuously improve outcomes. This is a chance to influence talent at scale within a fast-paced, diverse, mission-driven company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, offer, and negotiation
• Develop expertise in one or more talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa) to source top candidates
• Tailor regional sourcing strategies using local networks and resources
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and regional legal requirements
• Coach hiring managers on time-to-fill, market mapping, engagement, and regional adaptation
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative talent strategies
• Utilize ATS reports, dashboards,



and tools to visualize pipeline and results
• Support employer branding through events and networking
• Maintain a candidate-centric pipeline and plan future opportunities for candidates

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, tech/scale-up a plus
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to influence decisions
• Experience recruiting across multiple roles/levels internationally
• Experience with market research and talent insights and sourcing
• Strong understanding xqbhyrx of Glovo’s vision, business model, and ops
• Excellent networking and partnership-building skills
• Metrics-driven with ability to back strategy with data while maintaining candidate experience
• Knowledge of regional talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa)
