Experteer Overview
As Associate Director, Field Medical Execution, you will translate global medical strategy into practical field plans across neuroscience, driving data‑driven execution with cross‑functional teams. You’ll champion core Field Medical frameworks, enable launch readiness, and monitor medical metrics to refine plans and resource priorities. You will translate country insights into actionable recommendations, elevating engagement strategies and ensuring compliant, high‑quality field medical activities. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on implementation to scale medical execution across regions.

• Support aligned implementation of International Field Medical strategy across TAs for country applicability
• Drive country adoption of core field medical frameworks (iSEA, iSEC, IMEx, MEEP) to enable compliant engagement
• Support planning and execution, tracking of medical metrics (e.g., BEST) and launch/in‑line activities
• Strengthen insights management through structured capture and upward flow of country field insights
• Act as liaison with platform owners (e.g., CRM) to support system use and cascade training
• Promote adoption of digital tools, dashboards, and standardized reporting to enable data‑driven execution and reduce manual workload
• Identify capability gaps and contribute to capability‑building initiatives with Scientific Learning u0026 Capability teams
• Translate cross‑country insights and medical metrics into actionable recommendations for compliant execution
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in life sciences/healthcare (PhD, PharmD, MD) or equivalent experience
• Fluent English (additional regional languages desirable)
• 5+ years in pharma/healthcare or life sciences with focus on Medical Affairs
• Demonstrated field medical execution experience (MSL, MSL Manager, Field Medical Excellence)
• Subject-matter expertise in Neurosciences with strong scientific/clinical knowledge
• Launch and in‑line execution experience for launch readiness and cross‑stakeholder activities
• Hands‑on experience implementing field medical frameworks (iSEA, iSEC, MEEP) at country/regional level
• Strong digital and analytics capabilities with CRM/field systems and BI tools
• Effective communicator with matrix collaboration, strategic thinking, and governance proficiency
• Agile, resilient, and delivery‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
