Monitors product levels and maintains accurate inventory records. /p h3Essential Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liReceives direct store delivery products such as soda, chips, alcohol, etc. Checks invoices for accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and assesses product for damage. Protects Company assets by properly securing and monitoring back doors. /li liReduce shrink levels by ensuring credit is received from damaged, returned, and out-of-date products. /li liChecks inventory on trucks, unloads products,



and ensures accuracy of inventory, product ordering, and associated paperwork. /li liMonitors vendor activity by ensuring products are stocked correctly and advising vendors of necessary actions such as cleaning shelves and designated backroom areas. /li liAdvises department managers of issues regarding vendor or product problems. /li liMonitors inventory levels, and reports supply and demand inconsistencies. /li liAssists in managing inventory within the Inventory Management System (IMS) software application such as performing free counts, adjustments, possibly order review, etc. /li liHelps prepare the store for inventory service counts. /li liMaintains the grocery back room according to 5S standards. /li liProvides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to customer complaints. /li liMaintains clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Abilities /h3 ul liAbility to safety operate pallet jack. /li liAbility to read and operate digital equipment. /li liAbility to maintain detailed records and accurately fill out forms or other documentation. /li liAbility to use initiative to decide on a course of action for self or others. /li liAbility to make decisions either after thorough evaluation or under time pressure. /li liAbility to effectively communicate (in written and verbal form) with vendors, partners, and customers. /li liAbility to interpret written and numerical information. /li liAbility to work well with fellow partners and promote a team environment. /li liAbility to work versátil schedules including nights,
