No /p h3Offer Description /h3 pThe European Innovation Knowledge Transfer Officer will support the management and implementation of projects funded by the European Union, ensuring their proper execution in compliance with the requirements established by the European Commission. /p pThe main responsibilities of the position include: /p ul liSupporting the day-to-day management and implementation of EU-funded projects in accordance with the Grant Agreement, the Consortium Agreement, and the approved work plans. /li liMonitoring project progress, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure that project activities are completed according to the established timelines. /li liPreparing meeting agendas and minutes, and following up on agreed action points to facilitate effective project coordination. /li liSupporting the financial and administrative management of projects, including budget monitoring, resource allocation, preparation of financial reports, and justification of project expenditures. /li liAssisting in the preparation and submission of both periodic and final technical and financial reports. /li liEnsuring compliance with the financial, administrative, and reporting requirements established by the European Commission.



/li liCoordinating with the University's internal services (Finance Department, Legal Office, and the Vice-Rectorate for Innovation, Research and Knowledge Transfer) to support the successful implementation of projects. /li liSupporting communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities, including the preparation of newsletters, website content, and other communication materials. /li liMonitoring project risks, supporting quality assurance processes, and contributing to the timely delivery of project results and documentation. /li liAssisting in the preparation of competitive European funding proposals, including the preparation of administrative documentation, budgets, and consortium-building and coordination activities. /li /ul pThis position requires close collaboration with academic staff, project partners, and the University's support services to ensure the successful implementation of European research and innovation projects. /p h3Requirements /h3 pResearch Field All Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalent /p h3Skills/Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, European Studies, Public Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field. /li liProfessional experience: A minimum of three years of experience in the management of European Union-funded projects, preferably within EIT, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, or other similar European funding programmes. /li /ul h3Specific Requirements /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of European Commission funding rules and the monitoring, reporting, and financial justification requirements for EU-funded projects. /li liExperience working in international and multicultural environments. /li liExcellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
