Lead the Project Quality Management area to be the customer’s voice on quality from contract signing to handover. Manage the PQM team globally and regionally to ensure QA/QC and quality adherence across the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and conformance to contract milestones. • Forge stronger alliances with commercial and technical sales teams and implement project learnings into tender processes
• Lead quality management and operational excellence across projects, ensuring quality launch and execution

• Ensure component quality before handover to construction and maintain compliant quality documentation
• Drive deviation management and continuous improvement toward closure; report Non-Conformances and concessions
• Coordinate NCR/8D processes, findings from operations, and final walk-downs to closure
• Oversee project claims management and performance from a quality perspective

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years leading quality teams in complex technical projects (civil construction, automotive, manufacturing, plant engineering)
• Experience developing Quality Management Systems xqbhyrx
• Experience with 8D, Six Sigma, FMEA, and standard quality practices
• Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
• Efficient time and cost management
• Excellent negotiation and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• High English proficiency and willingness to travel
