Driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainability, we are shaping the future of aviation while creating an environment where our people can grow, contribute, and make an impact. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe purpose of this position is responsible to sell commercial products on demand by our customers at the airport, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems and provide general information regarding commercial products and transactions as well as operational policies and procedures. /p pAdditionally, you will provide assistance 24/7 to our handling provider to solve and manage different situations, such as answering incoming calls and emails (if apply) from handling provider who need help to manage bookings, resolve incidents with reservations (RESI, FRAUD), etc. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for assisting customers at the airports. /li liAssist and manage commercial requirements such as adding products on demand by our customers at the airport. /li liSolve doubts related to specific bookings, for example residents or fraud, etc. /li liRespond to inquiries, complaints,
