addressing any deficiencies proactively. /liliLiaison and Resource Role: Act as a company-wide resource and liaison on AML policies, contractual matters, communications, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives. /liliAlert and Risk Assessment Optimization: Review and fine-tune the quality of alerts in ComplyAdvantage, optimise the client risk assessment methodology, and verify the quality of screening and filtering alert resolutions to maintain accuracy and effectiveness. /li /ulpstrongWho you are: /strong /pulliA minimum of 4-5 years of experience in AML/KYC-related processes, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Quality Assurance role. /liliHigher education in law, finance, banking, or a related field. A Master's degree in Compliance or AI-related disciplines would be advantageous. /liliProfessional certification such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent is highly preferred. /liliProactive and driven, with a strong focus on achieving improvements and operational efficiency. /liliPractices open and respectful communication, fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization. /li /ulpstrongYou also have: /strong /pulliIndustry Knowledge: Deep expertise in AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance frameworks, with a specific focus on fintech and payment institutions to align with Kantox's operational context. /liliRegulatory Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of EU and UK regulatory requirements, particularly those impacting payment institutions and financial technologies. /liliAnalytical and Organizational Skills:
