On-site SEO at this level is how the whole site fits together: architecture, internal linking, the topical map, and the bridge between the pages that convert and the content that feeds them. We need someone to own it. /p pAs On-Site SEO Team Lead, you'll own the on-site SEO strategy across every product, lead our on-site specialists, govern the site-wide topical map, and scale our semantic SEO framework across the landing-page estate. You'll partner closely with Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Localization.



This is also a people-leadership role - you'll grow a team and be measured on what it ships. /p h3Your day-to-day /h3 ul liOwn on-site SEO strategy across all products: landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure. /li liGovern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it. /li liClose the landing-page / content gap that drives both rankings and conversions. /li liScale our semantic SEO framework so we own whole conversations, not single keywords. /li liLead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team. /li liTranslate on-site wins into acquisition and billings impact for stakeholders. /li /ul h3Your skills and experience /h3 h3Must-haves: /h3 ul li5+ years in on-site / content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites. /li liDeep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale. /li liHands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO / topical authority frameworks. /li liPeople leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role. /li liCommercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product. /li liProficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.
