As a Senior Data Governance professional at ERNI, you drive data governance initiatives across business domains and collaborate with domain owners to enable high-quality data ownership and governance processes. You work within a data-driven transformation program, leveraging Collibra and stakeholder management to shape governance practices and organizational adoption. You will help define deliverables, develop training, and support onboarding while growing your technical influence and sharing expertise. This role offers cross-functional impact, mentoring opportunities, and a adaptable hybrid work model in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Data Governance projects
• Solid understanding of Data Governance principles including Data Products and governance roles/responsibilities
• Experience with Collibra and cross-functional stakeholders xqbhyrx
• Excellent communication, presentation and PowerPoint skills with ability to translate complex topics
• B2/C1 English level with proactive, autonomous and consulting mindset
