In this role, you help clients navigate risk through AI-driven approaches, shaping strategies and governance. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed AI into risk management, unlocking deeper insights and resilient operations. The position sits at the intersection of risk practice and advanced analytics, offering growth through structured learning and mentorship. You will contribute to client outcomes while advancing our capabilities in AI-enabled risk management.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree required with a quantitative focus
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, risk analytics/modelling, or risk consultancy
• Experience with AI agents or Agentic technologies
• Familiarity with machine learning/AI (NLP, deep learning, anomaly detection); GenAI/LLM a plus
• Strong conceptual problem-solving and quantitative modeling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive independent workstreams within a team
• Experience with risk model lifecycle (development, implementation, testing) and programming in Python, R, or similar
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Matlab, or SAS is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
• Willingness to travel
