Working closely with school leadership, faculty, students, and families, they will lead curriculum development, faculty growth, community engagement, and strategic planning within a dynamic and rapidly growing school environment. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the vision, growth, and strategic development of the Lower School division. /liliBuild and nurture a thriving learning community grounded in wellbeing and student-centered learning. /liliPartner with faculty to design and implement an engaging, inquiry-driven curriculum. /liliMentor and inspire teachers through professional learning and instructional leadership. /liliFoster strong relationships with learners, families, and the wider school community. /liliHelp shape the systems, culture,



and structures of a growing international school. /liliCollaborate with colleagues across divisions to ensure a seamless and coherent student experience from Early Years through Upper School. /liliServe as a key member of the school's leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and long-term institutional growth. /li /ulpThis role is adecuado for an educator who enjoys both visionary thinking and hands‑on leadership.
