You won't just execute projects; you will own the growth roadmap, defining how we build our business model and partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, you will lead key projects and partners that drive our success in Brazil. /p pYou will be responsible for: /p ul liMarket Growth and Leadership: Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market.

Leverage Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help our partners succeed and grow. /li liStrategic Impact: Move beyond analysis to implementation. Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases, and take full accountability for moving key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI). /li liOperational Excellence: Optimize new business streams and cross‑functional workflows. You will ensure that as we scale, our operations remain lean, efficient, and capable of supporting rapid growth across diverse markets. /li liGlobal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key regional stakeholders (i.e. Country and Regional General Managers) across our key Brazilian market to help them build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fevers integral product and marketing capabilities. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liExperience: At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, a plus, including a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth. /li liBackground: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. /li liAnalytical skills: Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders. /li liCommunication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage, influence,



and align diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines. /li liMindset: Proactive problem‑solver who can handle ambiguity and make high‑stakes decisions. Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. /li liLanguages: Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
