ph3Job Description /h3 pThis role sits within Global IT Production, reporting directly to the Global Head of IT Production, with end-to-end accountability for the reliability, security, governance, and operational excellence of the company’s integral Cloud and Data Center platforms. /p pThe position leads an Infrastructure‑owned Cloud Data Center organization, responsible for ensuring that production platforms are stable, resilient, compliant, and cost‑efficient, while enabling application and digital teams through standardized, automated, and well‑governed infrastructure services. /p pThis is a senior infrastructure leadership role, focused on production readiness and operational discipline. It does not own application development or product roadmaps, but serves as the authoritative platform owner and senior escalation point for all Cloud and Data Center services. /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pTo own, operate, and continuously improve the company’s global hybrid Cloud Data Center production platforms, ensuring enterprise‑grade service delivery across availability, performance, security, cost, and risk. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Cloud Data Center Production Ownership /h3 ul liOwn integral Cloud Data Center production platforms (Azure‑first, hybrid connectivity, on‑prem). /li liAct as single point of accountability for platform stability, availability, and resilience. /li liEnsure SLAs, SLOs, and compliance standards are consistently met. /li /ul h3Strategy, Governance Standards /h3 ul liDefine and enforce cloud and infrastructure governance (landing zones, networks, RBAC, security, policies). /li liEstablish production reference architectures and deployment standards.



/li liEnsure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Security within IT Production ownership. /li /ul h3Operational Excellence SRE /h3 ul liOwn availability, performance, capacity planning, and incident management. /li liEmbed SRE practices (SLOs, error budgets, post‑incident reviews). /li liAct as senior escalation authority for major production incidents. /li /ul h3Security, Compliance Change /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. /li liApply Zero Trust at the infrastructure and production layer. /li liEnforce ITIL‑based change management for production environments. /li /ul h3Financial Governance FinOps /h3 ul liOwn the global Cloud Data Center production budget. /li liLead FinOps initiatives (cost transparency, optimization, reservations, waste reduction). /li liProvide executive reporting on cost, efficiency, and risk. /li /ul h3Automation Observability /h3 ul liDrive Infrastructure‑as‑Code and change‑as‑code standards. /li liDefine CI/CD patterns for infrastructure deployments. /li liOwn monitoring, observability, and service health reporting. /li /ul h3Hybrid Infrastructure Data Centers /h3 ul liDefine and execute data center strategy (modernization, consolidation, migrations). /li liGovern hybrid connectivity and network services.
