ppAt bCORUS /b, we are looking for a bSenior Business Analyst /b to join our team on an international insurance project. /ppbLocation: /b Barcelona or Madrid (1–2 days per week at the office). /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContributing to planning and being responsible for the analysis approach, adapting organizational standards to meet project and product goals. /liliDriving activity and understanding deliverables to meet challenging timelines. /liliEliciting and documenting business requirements, ensuring the needs of both internal and external parties are reconciled. /liliPerforming analysis across end-to-end business processes to understand system impacts. /liliPresenting complex problems and analysis results in a simplified manner to technical and non-technical users. /liliContributing to the functional design of the system, preparing use cases, functional and technical specifications, and other design artifacts. /liliWorking closely with the development team to ensure the scoped solution fully meets business needs. /liliProviding support for testing, implementation, and training activities to ensure seamless delivery. /liliProviding explanations and expertise regarding ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ for business processes, products, data, and user flows to appropriate stakeholders during requirement elicitation and specification phases. /liliCreating solution/IT requirement specifications from business requirements. /liliSupporting Lead Business Analyst, Lead Solution Architect and Project/Program Manager in delivery planning, backlog management, and implementation dependencies. /liliParticipating in post-implementation activities, including system documentation completion, problem-solving, production support, and measurement of benefits achieved.
