/p ul liTranslate business requirements into technical specifications together with engineering teams. /li liWork with booking conversion insights, channel performance metrics, and operational efficiency data to guide product decisions. /li /ul pbEnsure high‑quality delivery integrations /b: /p ul liOversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of both partner‑facing and internal tools. /li liEnsure consistency, scalability, and reliability across integrations and data flows that power our B2C brands and B2B initiatives. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p pbYour expertise /b /p ul lib8+ years of Product Management experience /b, including b4+ years in B2B technology products /b, ideally in travel tech, fintech, or marketplace ecosystems /li lib3+ years of hands‑on experience /b with technical integrations (API products, connectivity platforms, channel management systems, or equivalent) /li liProven track record of leading bcomplex B2B product initiatives /b with measurable business impact /li liExperience in partnering, negotiating, and managing relationships with technology vendors or channel partners /li liStrong technical acumen: bAPI architectures, system integrations, data flows, databases, distributed systems /b /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills /li liFluency in English (spoken and written) /li liStrong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making (SQL, BI tools, dashboards) /li liExperience with hotel distribution tech (channel managers, GDS, OTA integrations, PMS systems) /li liBackground in building marketplace or connectivity‑driven products /li liInfluence the evolution of Global Hotel’s distribution platform, a strategic pillar for the group /li liWork in an international, fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams across Europe and Asia /li liContribute to high‑impact product decisions that shape both B2C and B2B experiences /li liBe part of a culture that values learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement /li /ul pbAdditional Information /b /p pbPerks of working with us /b:
