ph3Regulatory Compliance Analyst – Gibraltar (On-site) /h3 pbPurpose of the Role /b /p pAs a Regulatory Compliance Analyst you will support the delivery and enhancement of compliance assurance activities across customer-facing products, services and channels in regulated Canadian markets. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring the business operates in line with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and codes of practice, while promoting a strong culture of compliance and responsible gambling across the organisation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting ongoing compliance with all applicable licensing objectives, regulatory requirements, and trading obligations across our Canadian markets. /li liConducting compliance reviews of customer-facing products, services, processes, and business practices to ensure controls are effective and regulatory expectations are met. /li liReviewing promotions, terms and conditions, customer communications, website and digital content, social media activity pre- and post-launch to ensure compliance and responsible gambling standards. /li liProviding clear, practical, and timely regulatory guidance to stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. /li liDelivering compliance training and awareness initiatives to foster a strong culture of compliance and responsible gambling.



/li liCollaborating cross-functionally to improve, streamline, and document compliance processes, controls, and procedures. /li liSupporting the development of customer propositions by balancing regulatory requirements with commercial objectives. /li liMonitoring customer-facing channels and regulatory developments, assessing impacts, and communicating required actions to stakeholders. /li liSupporting regulatory reporting, audits, submissions, record-keeping, and compliance projects while contributing to continuous improvement of the compliance framework. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in Regulatory Compliance, preferably within iGaming. /li liStrong understanding of regulated markets, preferably of Canadian provinces. /li liGood awareness of the remote gambling landscape and evolving regulatory environment in Canada. /li liAbility to interpret and communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly to a range of stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess risks and provide evidence-based recommendations. /li liProven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and compliance projects independently. /li liHigh attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to compliance reviews and reporting. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
