In key sectors such as clean energy, advanced electronics, high-performance computing and AI, climate friendly cooling, and high-quality paints and coatings for homes and industrial infrastructure---sustainable solutions and more modern living depend on Chemours chemistry. /ppThis position will be available in Asturias, Spain. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and maintain regulatory compliance data, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools supporting EMEA regulatory programs, including EU REACH. /liliSupport data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting activities to ensure accurate and reliable regulatory information. /liliDrive process improvements through automation, digitalization, AI-enabled solutions, and development of reporting and workflow tools. /liliSupport compliance programs related to Raw Materials, Drinking Water, and Food Contact Materials, including regulatory documentation and customer inquiries. /liliCoordinate Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, budget tracking, and financial reporting activities for the EMEA Product Sustainability organization. /liliDevelop and maintain monthly financial outlooks, forecasts, and management reports for EMEA REACH, Regulatory Advocacy, and other Product Sustainability programs. /liliPartner with Regulatory Compliance, Advocacy, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives. /liliParticipate in projects to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, business processes, and overall organizational efficiency. /li /ulh3Key Success Measures /h3ulliAccurate and timely management of regulatory and financial data. /liliSuccessful delivery of monthly financial outlooks. /liliIncreased efficiency through automation and process improvements. /liliHigh-quality support for data related to regulatory programs. /liliEffective tracking and management of POs, invoices, and budgets. /liliStrong collaboration across Product Sustainability,



Finance, and Procurement teams. /liliReliable reporting that enables informed business and compliance decisions. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Law with Regulatory knowledge or a related discipline. /lili2+ years of experience in regulatory operations, data analytics, business process support, finance operations, or a related field. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExperience managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy. /liliExperience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other data management tools. /liliAbility to develop reports, dashboards, and process automation solutions. /liliStrong organizational and project coordination skills. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /liliAbility to independently prioritize multiple activities and meet deadlines. /liliStrong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. /liliFluency in English. /liliEligible to work in Europe. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ulliExperience supporting chemical regulatory compliance programs (EU REACH, Food Contact, Drinking Water, Packaging and Packaging Waste, etc.). /liliKnowledge of SAP, or other procurement and financial management systems. /liliExperience with Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, or AI-enabled productivity tools. /liliExperience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. /liliExperience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms. /liliKnowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). /liliInterest in expanding responsibilities in regulatory compliance, digitalization, and business operations. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliCompetitive Compensation /liliComprehensive Benefits Packages /liliEmployee Stock Purchase Program /liliTuition Reimbursement /liliCommuter Benefits /liliLearning and Development Opportunities /liliStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives /liliCompany-paid Volunteer Day /li /ulpWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
