ppDescripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As Facilities Engineer at Roche Sant Cugat, you drive engineering and automation projects while maintaining critical building utilities. You act as the technical interface with external service providers, ensuring compliance, documentation, and reliable operations. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage KPIs, and support sustainability and digital tools to enable data-driven decisions. predictive and corrective maintenance for building utilities (HVAC, electricity, water, gas) and critical automated assets, ensuring availability and compliance /li liMaintain integrity of asset and maintenance data in the CMMS, including work orders and spare parts information /li liSupport root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to improve asset reliability /li liBuild proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate before issues impact operations /li /ul h3Responsabilidades /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation) /li li5-7 years of experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management /li liExperience in managing technical and engineering projects with project tracking methodologies/tools /li liKnowledge of local regulations and codes for building and industrial installations /li liGood communication skills in English and Spanish /li liSolution-oriented attitude with strong communication to internal clients /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
