As Senior Atlassian Consultant, you guide how the organization collaborates by translating strategic goals into scalable Atlassian architectures. You partner with stakeholders to shape high-impact Jira, Confluence and JSM solutions, from discovery to general rollout. You will own delivery, continuously evolve the ecosystem, and craft robust workflows suitable for a regulated bank and an agile tech culture. You shape solutions with first-principles thinking and hands-on customization, driving organizational velocity in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years hands-on Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration in enterprise settings
• Strong ability to work from high-level briefs and drive discovery
• Experience in regulated financial services environments is a plus
• Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian xqbhyrx APIs, Assets, Scriptrunner (Groovy)
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent English
• Expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, scalable implementations
