As Sr. Customer Success Program Manager, you will design and drive account strategies to deliver high-quality support and delivery performance for OEM/ODM major accounts. You’ll coordinate cross-site teams to exceed expectations, owning pre- and post-sales activities and customer satisfaction metrics. You’ll manage growth opportunities, executive-level relationships, and multi-site efficiency projects that align with company goals. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping long-term customer outcomes across data center environments and next-generation solutions.

• Maintain growth pipeline and quarterly business reviews with Sales

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across sites
• Ensure programs meet contract terms and key KPIs
• Track risks and report to leadership
• Schedule and lead recurring customer touchpoints with internal teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor xqbhyrx degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in sales/account/customer success management
• Experience in large IT or data center services environments
• Knowledge of AI solutions / GPUs is a plus
• Strong operations, technical, and people/process skills
• Ability to influence at executive/resolution-making levels
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
