Interim / Contract
Pearse Professionals are supporting a PE-backed services business based in Valencia seeking a senior interim finance executive to lead a comprehensive finance transformation. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A;, and controls
- Implement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence
- Strengthen investor reporting, cash flow management, and board reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and potential M&A; activity
- Act as a hands‑on operational partner to the leadership team
Requirements / Adecuado Candidate:

- Proven interim CFO with finance transformation experience, ideally in tech, digital services

- Experience scaling finance teams and implementing systems and controls
- Fluent in English and Spanish
