ph3Analyst – Legal Department at Alantra /h3pAlantra is seeking a legal analyst to join our high‑performing, experienced, and commercially minded legal team. This role supports a broad range of transactions and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions for both our investment banking and asset management divisions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport and develop Spanish and international entities in all related corporate matters, with a specific focus on asset‑management legal matters. /liliProvide legal support on the structuring, launch, and maintenance of investment funds in multiple jurisdictions. /liliDraft, review, and negotiate agreements for our asset‑management business, including fund documentation, investment‑management and advisory agreements, distribution arrangements, and service‑provider contracts. /liliCollaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and investment teams to address legal issues across product development, distribution, and portfolio‑management activities. /liliLiaise with external counsel and regulators in various jurisdictions as needed. /liliPrepare regulatory filings regarding the securities market and asset management with national and international supervisory authorities, including incorporation of investment vehicles or asset managers.



/liliMonitor legal and regulatory developments affecting asset management and advise on potential business impact and implementation strategies. /liliSupport the development of legal‑document templates and other materials to enable the legal team to operate effectively and efficiently. /liliParticipate in digitalization and innovation projects of the Legal Department. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSpanish‑qualified lawyer with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the funds/asset‑management area of a law firm or in the legal department of companies within the sector. /liliStrong knowledge of financial regulation and equity capital markets. /liliExcellent written and verbal presentation skills in Spanish and English.
