ppOcean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations Maintenance (Ou0026M) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to Ou0026M agreements. /li liEnsure Ocean Winds meets its obligations under existing Ou0026M contracts, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance. /li liProactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. /li liLead the preparation and management of budgets, service proposals, and contract variations, with regular reporting on commercial performance and KPIs. /li liChampion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximising contract value and delivering year-on-year performance gains. /li liContribute to the strategic development of the Ou0026M and Asset Management function, including process optimisation, excellence programmes, and the implementation of asset management systems. /li /ul h3Academic Background /h3 pDegree qualified in a contract, commercial, or business management discipline; equivalent professional experience or other relevant qualifications will also be considered.
