ph3About the job /h3 pAt Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Talent and People Operations Specialist to join our People team in Madrid. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pYour main responsibilities will include /p h3Talent /h3 ul liSupport recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates. /li liAssist with onboarding and integration activities for new employees. /li liSupport performance review and talent development processes. /li /ul h3People Operations /h3 ul liSupport employee lifecycle administration, including hires, transfers, and departures. /li liMaintain employee records and HR documentation. /li liPrepare people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics. /li /ul h3Process Improvement HR Projects /h3 ul liMaintain talent databases and people-related metrics, helping find opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes. /li liDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and user guides. /li liSupport local and international HR projects and initiatives. /li liEnsure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for talent, not perfection.
