As an MSL in Barcelona, you will provide field-based scientific expertise and foster trusted exchanges with healthcare professionals. You’ll shape medical strategy through credible education, insight gathering, and evidence generation across nephrology and transplantation. You will build and sustain expert relationships, support launch readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance regional medical objectives. This role offers impact by translating science into practical guidance for decision-makers in a dynamic, regulated environment.

• Build and maintain credible relationships with leading experts, institutions, and key opinion leaders
• Contribute to medical strategy through education, insight gathering, and evidence generation
• Identify, collect and communicate actionable medical insights to support research and planning




• Support research initiatives, real-world evidence projects, registries, and investigator-sponsored studies
• Contribute to launch readiness through stakeholder mapping and identifying unmet medical needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement affiliate and regional medical objectives
• Maintain at least 60% field-based activity

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Life Science (or related field)
• Advanced scientific xqbhyrx or medical degree preferred (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs within pharma/biotech
• Previous MSL experience strongly preferred
• Experience with hospital-based and specialist therapies
• Experience conducting scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs
• Launch readiness/pre-launch experience desirable
• Desirable nephrology or transplantation expertise
• Native Spanish; good English proficiency
