In this role, you aren’t just a strategist – you are the “engine room” manager. You will lead both our Inbound and Outbound teams, ensuring every lead is pursued, every process is followed, and every representative performs at their peak. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your primary mission is to control execution, turning overarching sales goals into daily wins through rigorous coaching, process implementation, and performance management.
/p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDirect People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of both Inbound and Outbound sales representatives. /li liExecution Accountability: Drive the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. /li liProcess Implementation: Standardize and enforce sales workflows, scripts, and outreach cadences to ensure a consistent customer experience. /li liInbound Outbound Oversight: Balance the team’s focus between responding to hot leads (Inbound) and driving proactive growth (Outbound) within the apparel and custom product space. /li liReal‑Time Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, call monitoring, and live coaching sessions to improve conversion rates and objection handling. /li liCRM Discipline: Manage and optimize our CRM usage, ensuring data integrity and that no lead falls through the cracks. /li liCollaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide boots‑on‑the‑ground feedback and implement new initiatives quickly and efficiently. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liProven Leadership: 3+ years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager, specifically managing people in a high‑volume environment. /li liDual Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing both Inbound (lead conversion) and Outbound (prospecting/cold outreach) teams. /li liIndustry Experience: Previous experience in E‑commerce, startups, or apparel/product manufacturing is highly preferred. /li liExecution Mindset: Enjoy the grind of sales management—tracking metrics, fixing broken processes, and motivating people. /li liCRM Proficiency:
