Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. /li liPrevious experience in a client‑facing role, ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services. /li liSolid experience in guarantees and surety bond issuance. /li liStrong understanding of direct issuance guarantee business and guarantee frameworks, particularly under English Law and URDG758. /li liFluency in English is mandatory. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul li5–7 years of professional experience within banking, insurance, or financial operations. /li liKnowledge of sanctions screening, AML procedures, commercial law and company law. /li liCertified Specialist in Demand Guarantees (CSDG) or similar certification is considered an asset. /li liKnowledge of Italian Law is considered a strong advantage. /li liItalian language skills (written and spoken) are considered a strong advantage, while knowledge of German would be an additional asset. /li liExperience working in an international and cross‑functional environment.
