In this role within MSC-X, the analytics wing of McKinsey's Manufacturing and Supply Chain practice, you design and deliver Advanced Planning Systems solutions for diverse clients. You work with project teams, architects, and client staff to implement SAP IBP and Kinaxis-based planning solutions, shaping logistics and forecasting outcomes. You will travel to client sites, deploy digital planning capabilities, and contribute to client relationships through clear communication and actionable analytics. • Lead SAP IBP and Kinaxis implementations across Su0026OP, demand, inventory, and supply u0026 response modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project leads, architects, and clients to plan, design, and deploy solutions
• Support project planning, stakeholder communication, and tactical execution during implementation
• Aggregate and manage data using data collection and analytics tools for software deployment and maintenance




• Interpret forecasting and optimization metrics to provide actionable recommendations and refine success criteria, reports, and models
• Travel to client sites to support on-site deployment and client service activities

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or a related field
• Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or business; or master’s degree in supply chain optimization / operation research / industrial engineering (preferred)
• Experience with SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or o9
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory optimization, or operational xqbhyrx fundamentals
• Familiarity with supply chain data and data systems
• Familiarity with tech implementation and solution deployment
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, analytics, and visualization tools
• Exposure to optimization techniques such as MILP, statistical analyses, and machine learning
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
