We give fans incredible live shows, upfront pricing every time, and tickets in a few taps. /ppWe’re looking for a UX writer to help create great experiences across our fan-facing and partner-facing tools. This is a 6-month maternity cover, starting late August. /ppYou’ll join a motivated, talented team of product designers, our localisation lead, and another senior UX writer. /ph3More about what you'll do: /h3ulliWrite clear, concise copy across app, web, emails, and notifications for our fan-facing and partner-facing tools. /li /ulpHelp make finding shows, buying tickets, and getting to the show feel effortless and fun for fans. /ppMake building, managing, and analysing events on MIO a simple and delightful experience for partners. /ppWrite the occasional product mailer, CRM campaign, email, and help centre article. /pulliInform UX decisions and design strategy from the beginning. We can promise you’ll never be brought in at the end to ‘add the copy’ – you’ll be working on the experience, hand in hand with designers, from the start.



/li /ulpWork closely with lots of people across disciplines – designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, our localisation lead, customer support teams, and more. /ppPresent your work and ideas, clearly explaining the reasoning behind your decisions. This might be to peers, stakeholders, or business leaders.
