You will be responsible for the timely and accurate handling of surety bond and guarantee requests while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and brokers to support business growth and deliver an outstanding client experience. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and coordinate the issuance of surety bonds and guarantees, ensuring compliance with regional jurisdictional and regulatory requirements. /li liProvide guidance on guarantee and bond wordings, particularly under English Law and URDG758 frameworks. /li liStructure and support complex surety transactions while minimizing operational and regulatory risks. /li liDeliver high-quality client servicing by handling requests, inquiries, amendments, and new transactions in a timely and accurate manner. /li liMaintain and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers, contributing actively to business growth and client satisfaction. /li liAnalyze incoming emails and documentation, assess the nature of requests, and allocate tasks efficiently to the appropriate teams. /li liProcess and allocate client payments accurately, support reconciliations and premium bookings, and resolve discrepancies when necessary. /li liSupport clients with account statements and payment-related inquiries while ensuring high service standards and responsiveness. /li /ul h3About the Team /h3 pThe Surety Europe Team is a growing and dynamic international team closely collaborating with the Surety business unit. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. /li liPrevious experience in a client-facing role, ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services. /li liSolid experience in guarantees and surety bond issuance. /li liStrong understanding of direct issuance guarantee business and guarantee frameworks, particularly under English Law and URDG758. /li liFluency in English is mandatory. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul li5-7 years of professional experience within banking, insurance, or financial operations. /li liKnowledge of sanctions screening, AML procedures, commercial law and company law. /li liCertified Specialist in Demand Guarantees (CSDG)



or similar certification is considered an asset. /li liKnowledge of Italian Law is considered a strong advantage. /li liItalian language skills (written and spoken) are considered a strong advantage, while knowledge of German would be an additional asset. /li liExperience working in an international and cross-functional environment. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 38,000 and EUR 64,000 (for a full‑time role). The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role and the applicant’s own profile including education, qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
