Your responsibilities will include: /p /brul /brliImplementing and communicating regional Total Rewards frameworks, policies, and guidelines. /li /brliDesigning regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans that align with general philosophies. /li /brliLeading market benchmarking and salary survey activities to ensure competitiveness. /li /brliPartnering closely with HRBPs to build attractive and motivating compensation packages. /li /brliEnsuring adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across all EAME markets. /li /brliCollaborating with the global CB team on initiatives, representing the region’s needs and insights.
